Ian Deonise

Ian Deonise has been an administrator in PVSchools since 2004. He served as an assistant principal for a short time before becoming the principal at Mountain Trail Middle School for five years. He is a product of PVSchools, having attended Desert Shadows Elementary and Middle, and Horizon High School. 

Prior to his time in PVSchools, Mr. Deonise was a teacher and coach in Fountain Hills, AZ. He coached football and wrestling and was the Student Government advisor. 

Mr. Deonise earned both his bachelor's and master's degrees from Northern Arizona University and graduated from the National Institute of School Leadership Executive Development Program.

Christian Allen is the assistant principal at Paradise Valley High School. He is committed to working with students and their families, with the ultimate goal being success for all students.

Before being named the Assistant Principal, Mr. Allen was the Dean of Students at PVHS. Prior to working for PVSchools, Mr. Allen taught in the neighboring Phoenix Union High School District as well as Fairfax County, VA. During his time with these districts, Mr. Allen held many leadership roles, including district curriculum writer, instructional leader, and PBIS coordinator.

Mr. Allen is a University of Louisville graduate, where he received his undergraduate degree as well as a Master of Education.
