Discover Your Future in STEM | CREST Information Night
Eighth-grade students interested in pursuing STEM careers should attend the Center for Research in Engineering, Science, and Technology (CREST) Program Information Night on October 3, from 5-8 p.m. in the Auditorium at Paradise Valley High School (get directions).
During the event, participants will learn about the CREST program offerings from alumni and current student perspectives and participate in a questions and answers session.
About the CREST Program
A recognized leader in STEM education, CREST is a four-year Career and Technical Education (CTE) STEM honors program. CREST allows students to study one of three specialized disciplines: bioscience, computer science, or engineering. Authentic learning experiences led by innovative and engaging instructors enhance the curriculum. Laboratory experience, collaboration with university and industry professionals, and a rich campus life provide many academic and personal growth opportunities. Emphasizing rigor, relevance, and relationships in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math, CREST students graduate prepared and fully qualified to pursue STEM-oriented degrees at the postsecondary level.
